I have a 2013 X3 28i with 85,000 miles on it that got bombarded with codes and lights, ABS, DSC, Brakes, Tire pressure, Parking brake malfunction.
once scanned I get these codes:
D36500 - No message (xDrive actuator information) Receiver DSC, Transmitter VTG
D356E4 - No message ( Status, distribution, longitudinal moment, Front axle, Rear axle,) Receiver DSC, Transmitter VTG
4809C1 intermittent - EMF: brake can not be mechanically applied
4809AB DSC: under voltage in vehicle
what is strange is I do not get an under voltage code in any other control module, and I know these cars are veeeerrrry picky when it comes to batteries. that said, Im not sure if that aplies to the other codes present or not, I really can't manage to throw the parts cannon at it, hoping to find the best route of action here. The car seemed to drive perfectly fine, I didn't notice any vibrations or driveline issues that were noticeable.
I know the F25 Actuators do not have the same plastic gear as the older ones did. I removed it and inspected it and plugged it back in and nothing changed.
anybody have any advice with this?
I would always look at under voltage to make sure the battery is ok, the other warning lights, I would cease the faults and see which come back first. It is not uncommon to get multiple warning lights when the fault is in dsc, the dsc module sends information to other parts in the car. So if the issues ars in dsc then its is going to be sending faulted info to other modules
they all come back at first startup after deleted
Did you solve the problem?
