e39 97 540 wrong vin in ews ,ike,dme.

Hi.
My car is e39 97 year 540i.
I recently bought a car I wanted to encode additional functions, but it turned out that it does not go.
I think the reason are other vin numbers in the drivers.
I checked ncs expert and in ews there is another vin and gm sa vn.
There is another vin in dme.
ike is another vin and the codes are good.
Where to start because I can't recode anything.
I have dis v44, ista d, ista p, inpe, ncs, winkpf etc.
Do gm checksums are vn must be the same in every module?
If so, please give me some tips on how to do it.

You can change vin using WinKfp, or in case that you have pre-lci e39 also in BMW Scanner (but for that you need different interface).
However not every module required vin change, as you see: your car is start/all is working.
What kind of errors you have?

After updating by cooding tools 2.5 and doing assembly line - I get such errors as in the photo.What's the problem ?I get this message when I open the winkpf program and it can't be started.
