2011 135i Headlight Ballast Module

I am curious can I replace the module by removing the inner fender plastic or do I need to remove the bumper?

A lot of the modules were located under the headlight

If you search realoem.com with the last 7 of your VIN you can usually get a good exploded view. That may help.
