Stock Reinforcements?

Hi, i had a couple questions about my 328i. So my buddies have been telling me to reinforce my Subframe due to a Welded Diff for drifting. But some other rumors have been going around that Late Model E36’s came with stock Reinforcements. Im not sure if it was only the M3 or all late models. Could use some help with this issue.

To my knowledge, only the 96+ M3's came from the factory with reinforced subframe mounts.
