Just a quick one. And hopefully an easy one for somebody.
A while back I fitted a crap hid kit that apparently needed a wiring harness. Because of the wiring harness, both headlights run off one relay that was wired to one headlight. So I coded the warning light out.
Now I’ve purchased a good hid kit, removed the harness and tried to code back in the warning light on the dash. Only now I can’t find what I think to be the correct option - FEHLER_ABBLENDLICHT ?
Firstly, am I looking for the correct option for low beam error for the dash light.
If so, why the hell can’t I find it in any of the modules. I’ve paid most attention to AKMB and ALSZ
It’s also on a 2006 E46
Much appreciated
Have you tried just to default code it back to stock?
SG_Codieren with a blank/untouched .MAN file

Actually no I haven’t? Do you mean literally just load a blank .MAN file through ncs and that will roll it back to stock?
Yes, the .man file is a manipulation file for the stock coding job.
The stock coding is calculated out of the VO/FA code every time.
So when you do an sg_codieren job without manipulating, it goes back to stock.
