Anyone change cat on 745i ? I saw one for $450.00 on Rockauto.

I've changed them before. They are made as a complete unit with the exhaust manifolds and the subframe has to be lowered. I would be very leary of any aftermarket cat converters. Some of the aftermarket units aren't efficient enough and will still cause catalyst efficiency fault codes and a check engine light.
