Help!! Dash lights everywhere!!!!

I have a 2011 N63 750LI- and I am getting the lights in dash and notifications in the LCD module. Low power, etc. Have the u116d and u118a codes. I replaced the #4 fuse (PITA) and that did not correct it. I am slow charging the battery too. I think it may need to be replaced. It shows 12.48v when off, then only around 10v when I press the ignition button but do not start the car. This all happened after I got the message saying "increased battery discharge while stopped". I put the trickle charge on it overnight and then the next day went to drive it about 1/2 mile and it went into limp mode. Let it sit for about 10 mins- then it drove away fine, but the lights in the dash are still on. Now it has the reduced power and errors still. Anything please?

You posted codes. Good. But you did not post any description. What do those codes mean? I have no idea without a description.

And what software are you using to read the codes?
