My driver's side Angel eyes are inop... Bulb has been swapped and still nothing. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

Dude, bulb changing 101, install new bulb, it doesn’t work? Check to see if the harness has voltage? If so, than........ the bulb you got is a dud. Bulb works??? Then..... maybe the bulb you got is not the right one and not making contact in the bulb housing? No voltage at the harness? Then maybe check the fuse? Other side working? Maybe the LCM is acting up?

Determined the LCM is acting up... Can they be reset or should I buy a donor, and get it coded to my car... Is there a mail in repair service that could fix the current one? Need to get figured out before my new lights go in... I will never buy $15 Amazon Halo Led's ever again, Pretty sure that's what caused my issue. Kinda lost because electrical problems are my kryptonite..
