Maybe I'm just jealous of the Model variants and Exterior/Interior combos across the pond, and also the fact that I have a hard time converting pounds to USD off the top of my head lol... There.. I said it.
I'll let you know how these air springs compare to Arnott.. I ordered both to inspect and compare quality/ craftsmanship in hand, prior to me installing.
One set will be returned.
They got to order every option as a stand alone while here in the US BMWNA ordered everything as "packages".

A good, in-depth write up/research into the Arnott bags here FYI:
https://forum.bmw5.co.uk/topic/14166...r-sls-airbags/
My car: 2002 E39 540i Sport - Japanese import - the new project!
Better information here. Page 3. I like how other forums link to things here on B.F. Why even go to other forums.

Great to re-read these postings. Arnott is the only way to go. Anything else is a price driven decision not a logical replacement part.
thanks for providing the link

Anyhow I finally installed my Air springs today!!! The leaky one was BMW branded O.E., and the pass side was Bilstein.

The bags on our first touring were going strong when I sold it at 253K, the current one with 165K is just fine too. Not sure if I won the bag lottery or if a few people have terrible luck, I just hope I never have to troubleshoot or replace them.
