Sadly, my e39 5spd wagon is ready for a new owner…


The car has been well loved, garaged most of it’s life, never abused. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it anywhere.
I’d love to see this touring go to another enthusiast who can enjoy driving it as much as I do : )

I have records back to the original owner. It’s been an enthusiast owned car since birth. In the last couple years, here’s the big stuff. I’m sure things are forgotten,

• KV v2 suspension up front. One is currently leaking a little. Not noticeable in quality, but should be dealt with at some point.
• new bilstein in the rear w/adjustable links
• VCG, CCV, oil pan, oil level sensor
• always fresh oil changes
• plugs
• motor mounts
• front sway bars, end link, CA bushings (most all of the front end suspension)
• expansion tank ( due to old one cracking, not overheating)
• transmission, coolant, brake fluid flush
• new hood release
• replaced and reprogrammed ABS module
• set up for amp/sub
• Newer clutch, Newer door/engine bay seals all around
• SLS replaced in 2011

Some things that need attention, noted they are all on the minor side. I’ve tried to sort everything in this car. I’ll start with most annoying first : )

• Rear hatch reverse light has a loose connection somewhere and throwing a “reverse light out” warning at you every time you leave the car
• the leaking front coil over
• some minor paint imperfections and interior dirt, minimal
• shadowline trim is just blackout tape, recommend doing it again.
• pixels on the top row of the odometer are not missing but very very dim
• tires on the 81’s are mismatched, maybe 30% on those.
• Tires on the 18’s are good, also mismatched and rears are old, but kept in good storage. some curb rash on 2
• the mats are getting worn out, would replace those.
• headlights could use a polish
• black grills are knock off, not the best
• small indent on rear bumper near PDC

I can definitely vouch for all of this, as I'm the previous owner!

Couple things not mentioned, recently replaced (within about 12 months or so) driveshaft CV joint and CSB.
