For sale is my 2004 BMW 530I that has been my daily driver for 8 years and 263K miles. My E60 comes with the M54 inline 6 with Leather, Sport package and Cold weather package.
The good: I recently changed the valve cover gasket, spark plugs, ignition coils, Fuel pump and sending unit. The car runs well, engine is smooth and the AC is cold.
The bad: The car has a transmission fault, looks like it's the conductor plate. It would be a great candidate for a manual swap. I did have the transmission fault about 4 years ago and did a flush, filter and solenoid change that cleared the fault code. The car also needs some paint correction, new tires, and new battery.
