I stumbled upon this site while researching wood trim finishes. No affiliation, but I found it an inspiring read.

Among the highlights:
Wow, talk about a car that's been around the block.
If you can leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you have enough horsepower. - Mark Donohue
thank you for sharing

Wow. Spectacular build. That is one sweet E34.
Love it, thanks for sharing Moroza! The definition of built, and not bought. We need that thread over here!!!
Those trispokes are the best E34 wheels
I own mostly junk. Except the Porsche, that's kind of cool.
All the motorcycles are trash which you can read about at

I'll update it eventually

Derrick is a great guy, met him and the car at Vintage 2019 and bought an E34 spoiler from him. The car sounds amazing in person, and the lighting work is to die for. We should all strive to have a car that well put together.
Damn, will have to take some time and go through that with a couple of cups of coffee. Good on that dude.

Awesome read!
What a story. Beautiful car for sure, the interior color looks great too.
That was a fantastic read! Good find.
That's unfortunate. Though I must note the irony (hypocrisy) of Facebook banning somebody for any kind of dishonesty or misrepresentation. The fake sad posts thing in 2014 is just the biggest of many nails in the coffin of why I boycott FB.
I feel the same, and we do as a company @ Angry Ass. We are giving up sales on that platform because we neglect it, but fundamentally I do not like how much has transitioned to that shell of a platform. There has gotta be a better way to organize and communicate! I'm worried forums are past their heyday, for some reason. Maybe they just didn't adapt to mobile well enough.
The builder in this thread still has an IG and web presence, btw.
