    coolant system diagram

    Hi, is there anyone that has a complete coolant system diagram to include the HVAC solenoid and hoses ? I need to know which direction the coolant is flowing, also the redundancy when this solenoid is broken. Model is BMW X3 2.5i year 2004 engine code M54B25 E83, some incomplete similar photos are shown attached.mtu4ntm0x3a=.jpgmtu4ntm0x3a=.jpg

    BMW X3 2.5i year 2004 engine code M54B25 [E83] - double vanos & fuel economy

    Hi there, is there anyone that has tried different timing setups to test the efficiency on petrol engines? I would like to find out more about the 2 cams timing, for example, if the ehaust valves should be delayed or perfectly timed' for best efficiency and fuel economy? My details are: BMW X3 2.5i year 2004 engine code M54B25 [E83]

    I'd think that the engineers at BMW have already optimized the timing characteristics for the most efficiency. Do you think it can be made more efficient than the way BMW tuned it?
