    New lowering springs

    Nice quarantine project, ey?
I have a brand new set of lowering springs for a 733/735. They *should* work on all e23 models if I’m not mistaken.

There are no brand markings on them. Came in a box that said “733/735 lowering springs” and that’s the extent of my knowledge about them. Definitely shorter than stock. Can’t use them because my strut housings are chopped up.

$100? I don’t know what shipping would be like, but if it’s cheap I’ll send it for free.

Still have? Might snag these for a 733 I have been looking at.

Do yo think they would fit an '84 633?
RealOEM shows different part number.s Maybe the spring rates would be different due to different laden weight.
But perhaps the dimensions would be the same.
Lower and stiffer springs. May not be a bad combination.

The backs *might* fit but I think the front springs have a larger diameter than the e24/28

Regret, I should have done this before posting. It's difficult to measure the spring diameter on the car with a tape as the shock gets in the way however I measured the 733 at about 7" (see your photo) and the 633, about 6" so there's no way the fronts are going to fit. Thanks for your reply, I learn something new every day.
