Alarm tilt inclination sensor / module

Along with some stereo modules in the trunk of my e34, there is this sensor with this reference: 65.75-8 386 214

I searched on google and it seems some kind of vibration sensor. What if I disconnect it? Will it inhibit the car to start? Anyone knows what it is?
It is located in the trunk with the stereo amplifier and so and I want to remove all this stereo stuff as I will fit a modern stereo. I do not know if it is safe to remove this sensor.

no it will not stop the car from starting, but it will throw an error in fault memory of the DWA2, the DWA will work fine but if someone tows the car or lifts it the DWA will not sense it.

Awesome man, thank you! What is exactly the point of this sensor? It seems it's got some fluid inside of it. And the wiring that plugs to it has another terminal in the same wiring that goes to the amplifier. They are not related, right?
I dont remember my e34 525i having this sensor. Is it because this one is an automatic car and the other was a manual? Cause if this is the reason I am taking it out cause I am converting it to manual.
    What is the DWA?

Edit: ok I am leaving it for the moment until I decide what to do with it.

This is called a pitch sensor, it senses if the car is tilted or lifted after activating the alarm, so it will activate the Alarm siren.

Is there an electrical diagram for it?
