Hello all,
I want to restore my BMW Z4M Coupe to a point.
1. I'd like to rebuild the engine, perhaps using some aftermarket parts.
2. I intend to replace anything that could possibly wear underneath the car, again with some possible upgrades. (Suspension)
3. I want to replace anything that is on the "well know problems" list.
4. The paint is in great shape. I want to take any preservation action recommended.
So, my question is. What would be the best place to get all the above done anywhere in the U.S. I might check with Wayne Carini for advice but I want to hear from you all too.
Also, most important, is the ECU. What would be the best ECU to get? I want total control via laptop but simple to configure.

Hybrid Motors in NJ can do it all: https://www.facebook.com/hybridmotorsinc/
LOL..."restore" is what you do to a tired 1970 2002. "modify" is what you do to a perfectly good young car like a Z4....
He does great work.
