E36 PTG style adjustable wing, made by DTM Fiberwerkz. Comes in 4 pieces: base, 2 sides, adjustable center section. The wing is not painted, but has been vinyl wrapped black. The underside of the wing says "freude am fahren" which is an old BMW slogan that translates to "driving pleasure". Vinyl lettering is easily removed.
