Hi to all members,

this is my first post .

I'm sure that I have problem with DPF filter sensors. When I checked yesterday readings with Rheingold (ISTA+), I get on start of engine temp. before DPF -0.04°C and differential pressure -19.04hPa (-19mbar), picture in attachment. Later when temp. of motor and exhaust temp. go up, temp. (0°C) stays same but differential pressure go in positive reading (while driving 20-180mbar, depends of rpm), picture in attachment.
Last 2 months I was aware something was wrong as my fuel economy dropped less for full tank in city by 50-100km. Also I checked oil dipstick and I have more oil then max level, probably because of bad/incomplete regeneration's, because of bad sensors. I didn't get any error for temp. sensor, neither for level of oil, even that I have also sensor for oil level measurement.
I cleaned year ago DPF and then measurements were good.

My questions are:
1. How I know my temp. sensor failed (I measured resistance between pins and is only 10.4k ohm and I think it should be M ohm range)?
2. If he calculate differential pressure in minus at begging, which sensor is bad, before or after DPF (or maybe one of the lines to sensor is clogged)?
3. I read also that if DPF don't make good/successful registration will make high oil level that is contaminated with fuel and this can cause timing chain failure?
4. Last question is about alternator voltage, when I start motor I measure 14.88V with multi-meter, is this a little bit to high?

Thanks in advance for answers.

Best regards,
Igor
