    Wireless tethering suggestions?

Hey dudes, I am starting a new line of work. I will be required to wirelessly trigger a camera, and remotely review the shot histogram.

I have the option of using an ipad or windows laptop to do so. The ipad seemed like the obvious choice, but the apps available all seem to be terrible in some way. Is there anyone else who might work in a similar situation and have a suggestion?

    Thanks in advance!

Never done it on a ipad or apple product, but I have on windows PC's no problem there are a number of softwares that will allow you to tether shoot. I did it years ago using lightroom which I already use so that was a plus.

The laptop definitely seems easier now that I've had a night to look at the options... it's just more cumbersome and I lose a lot of mobility as such. I've done wired tether which works great, but I was hoping to avoid that.
