Let's try this a different way:
I have a crank no start with these relative codes (2A9A/2A9B)
No other operational codes present, only some relative to what's likely a bad CIC (MOST related faults)
Engine is actually a N52N out of an E90 that was running great when removed from donor.
I am preparing to reprogram as per SI B 11 0505 as soon as I can get my ICOM to read out VO properly.
I have read of instances where this didn't correct the issue and wondered if anyone may have more input.

I realize that your post is several months old now, but I'm wondering if you figured out what the issue was behind those 2 crank/cam codes. If you know and shared with me it would help me out immensely as I have the same issues after rebuilding the head and timing the engine.
