Calling M20 Engine Specialists - 731 Head Blemishes

I have a quadrajet-carburated m20b20 engine on my e21. Just got a hold of an ETA engine from an e30 and a 731 head and I'm thinking of putting these on the e21 (then in the future, install an ITB and performance chips).

Only problem is, I noticed some blemishes on the head (see pictures).

Can I use this head without any repairs/modifications? Can I use metal epoxy to repair the water passageway on the first pic or should I contact a machine shop for welding and shaving? If I can use this head as ease without problems, I would.

Your help and guidance is much appreciated.

    Diggin' the Qjet! Pics please!
All that concerns me is the blemish in the fire ring area. Have you tried cleaning it up?

If you can leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you have enough horsepower. - Mark Donohue

Sorry was only able to see your request today. I've been busy with all this concern about covid. I hope all is well. Here are the pics as requested...

You mean 1 or 2? If 2, I think I just missed cleaning that spot. So 1 is ok?

I would have it welded and shaved.

I think E21's are probably the rarest of all BMW's. I hardly ever see them for sale. Goodluck.
