2015 X5 (F15) with random passenger heat vent noise

The heater vent under my passenger seat is trying to kick on every 30 seconds or so. It start to blow for about 1 second and then cuts off. Any ideas whats happening or how to fix it?

I have a similar problem, but the noise was coming out of the driver's side. Even with the climate control at OFF (rear climate off from the settings, and the front control at OFF, I still hear the fan kicking for 1-2 seconds. Is there only 1 fan in the X5 or there are more than one. I think it all come from the same, but I don't understand why the noise only comes from the back!

I stopped the car, stopped the engine, turned the ignition off, and I started the engine and the annoying blowing noise stopped. This seems to be an intermittent issue with my car, and the dealer found nothing to help me.

I gave a look at the air dock on the he left side B pillar dock was opened while the passenger side was turned off. That might explain while the noise was only coming from the driver's side, but I still don't understand why the fan goes on-off like that.
