found a connector disconnected...cannot figure out where it supposed to go

i had the bumper off this evening cleaning it up... I noticed on the driver's side right next to the headlights is a 2 prong blue connnector not plugged into anything. Any clue what that may be?

Outside temperature probe for OBC. would normally be in brake duct behind valence.
