If you just want to get started, I suggest finding a server running "drift playground" with tando buddies cars. Just leave the settings 100% as they come and go drive. It's a good track to learn on and get the hang of things. Don't mess with settings until you can link the whole course.

I just picked up a VR headset. And maaan is it a game changer.

So far I haven't even had enough time to watch that whole video, but from the first 5 minutes it looked pretty cool! How much did it cost to get into the goggle setup?

The Oculus Quest was about $400. But I also had to subscribe to a site that tells you when things come back into stock. VR, wheel setups, etc are all back ordered right now. It's a great time to get into sim racing minus getting your hands on the bits. A basic setup, if you have no computer, is close to $2k.
