Hi guys, I'm writing with hopes of someone solving that issue. Couple days ago I went shopping in my 328i and everything was just fine. After being done with shopping I went back to the car hoping I can finally go back home and then I try to start it up, and it just won't do that. Battery seems fine, since all the lights both outside and on the dashboard seem to be working no problem. Starter doesn't even turn. On top of that I got so many other notifications on the dashboard like Chassis stabilization, fuel system, ABS, TPMS, and pretty much every other thing thats possible. I towed the car back to my house and started looking for maybe a broken fuse, which I checked most of it and they all seem fine. My only guess right now would be the starter itself, but I have absolutely no idea where it is located at, and it seems like no one on the internet has posted about it. Did anyone of you had a similar problem? All help would be appreciated!
That car needs to be scanned with a BMW oriented scanner that can read all the modules.
You need to use a multimeter and find out exactly how much voltage you have at your battery. Don't assume.

Sounds like you might be in over your head if you don't even know where the starter is. And if it was the starter, and only the starter, you wouldn't get any of the other warnings, just a no start condition. I recommend taking the vehicle to a professional. And by that I mean a BMW specialist shop, or dealership.
