New electrical issues. Please help

Just bought a used 2011 BMW 528I. Since I bought it the windshield wipers would randomly activate and I could not control them at all. They would activate even if the car was off and run for a unknown amount of time. Today they would not shut off but since it was raining it was not a issue until they stopped mid run. When they stopped I also lost the ability to lock or unlock the car from any button or remote, the back up camera does not activate and trunk wont unlock. I just bought this car and its very nice until all these issues started. I did remove the battery yesterday and had it inspected and no issues were found. This morning it unlocked and only had the wiper issue. Please point me in the right direction so I can enjoy this car again.
