Car not crank after interrupted ecu update

Hello , I tried to update my ecu by winkfp ( I previously do that successfully ) after the loading appears 2% the gong sound heard , engine safe , Trans safe and coolant temp went to red , dsc on , the car no crank .
I tried to reach it in inpa , but i can’t.
Another trials of updates by winkfp it stopped in 2% and gives error

I put power supply charger before programming , any idea ??

Where did you get the cable from? Is it setup properly?

At this point I would contact DUDMD on this Forum, he will know what to do - at this point you are on a dead-end road.

Make sure the latency timer for the USB cable is set to 1 and not the default of 16 in the device manager...

I told him he gave me many advises , finally I change the version of winkfp and I have another cable ( even the previous one works ) the winkfp can reach the dme and update is done , the car is fine
