Sos error e70 2008 & temperatura

Hello everyone, I come from the eztranjero and I have doubts about several problems that I hope you can help me.
I own an X5 E70 and I have the error of the sos call.
The car has the module of the Tcu and bluethoot integrated in one, or so I think, and I have placed an optical loop without any result since the error reappears at 5 min. The radio, bluethoot and browser work fine.
Another doubt, I have changed new thermostats, water pump and radiator and my engine works over 95 98 degrees and not 88. Is it normal? Thank you
