How to set FM presets in '07 750Li ??

I know this seems silly but I just bought the car and it has no manuals - I already ordered a set but they won't arrive til next week. I have been using the arrow button on the steering wheel to seek stations, but it's a hassle and the car for ALL its buttons has no normal row of preset buttons (like 1-10 or whatever in any other car).
All the first owner's presets are religious in nature, nothing wrong with that but not my first choice
I am getting used to iDrive but no expert yet. I see no way to set a preset under that system either. I'm sure it's very simple but I cannot figure it out. Also NOTHING about it on uTube which I was shocked to find. I guess I am the first person to not figure it out LOL
Any help would be appreciated!

I'm guessing that it is the FM radio you wonder about. So page 162-167

Well I managed to get 12 presets loaded in, then the very next day my new (used) set of Owner's Manuals arrived, earlier than expected
