Update.
Setup: S50 engine, S54 dual pump sump, VAC modified S54 pump, AiM "KA" type OP sensor, 10w40 oil.
Seems oil pressure is lowest in prolonged high-G left hand turns with the S54 setup.
On Summit Main, pressure stays between 48 and 60 depending on RPM, except for one longish left hander (T5).
This left hander shows peak 1.35Gs (lateral) and lasts 2.4sec at 1G or more, and pressure drops to 33psi.

It'll be interesting when I get to Shenandoah in a few weeks. It has a long left hander (banked carousel) that pushes 2G for over 2 sec.
What rpm were you at at 33 psi and where on the dipstick do you fill it to for track days?
Unfortunately, I don't know exact RPM. (AiM has actually agreed there's a bug in the RPM channel as I'm trying to use it, fix coming.) But from memory, easily 3500rpm, likely a bit more. This is a 3rd gear section, and the clutch is never engaged for up/down shift.
Oil, just a very small amount over the full detent. This is where it ends up when I add 6.9gal oil after a drain and filter removal. I am considering adding some.

1 session's worth of RPM vs OP.
95 deg ambient. 10w40 oil.
S50 engine with S54 sump/pump and VAC mod. ~1/4 qt overfilled.
