Looking for a good fault reader/analyzer

2003, e85, 2.5l 22000 miles - crank but no-start : Am using a foxwell nt510. Was told to check for crank and cam position sensors. Only fault i find deals with codes pi634/$12 and p16a1/$12 per mil request. Does anyone know a better tester? One that checks the sensors i am looking for? Thanks.

For e85 you can buy PA Soft BMW Scanner 1.4.0; on ebay around 15$ (yup, chinese clone). You will get cable and software, required only laptop.
Also BMW Scanner you can use for coding/changing settings in your car, etc....
