Fender bender

Nov 24th accident. Lady scrubbed the corner of my sweet E24 because she didn't know how to effin drive! I have so many car and bike projects, I really didn't need this now. But I have a check from her brothers insurance company, and as soon as I can I'll take the opportunity to give the old girl a fresh paint job. Her car came out quite a bit worse than mine and I thought pics of an altercation between an 88 e24 and a big old Mercury would be interesting.

Yes they are pretty strong. I hope it works out for you.
It happened to me about 2 yrs ago.
Thank goodness for that US bumper
My US bumper saved the rear end of my car. I was stopped at a red light and was rear ended. It pushed the right side of my bumper in about an inch and it stayed in. The next morning I unbolted the right side shock first and then loosened the middle one. When I got the bolts in the middle piston out the bumper popped right out. Bolted the right piston back up. The bumper was back in place. I had to tap the middle piston back out to the bumper and bolted it back up,all OK
