2005 BMW X5 code 94 secondary air valve. I have replaced the sec MAF sensor, sec. air valve on the head, the tubes connecting them and the blower motor turns on like it should. Still get the code. Using a brand new Snap ON Solus Ultra scanner etc. Whats up?!?
Although I've never heard of it in an M54 vehicle, in other engines, the secondary air ports in the cylinder head were bad about getting clogged.
If you can activate the pump, put your hand over the tail pipes and see if there's air coming out.
Does the "arresting valve" have the vacuum line going to it, or is it just the spring pressure kind?
