Have had an issue with my cruise control not working for a few months now and haven't been able to figure it out. Car is a 760li with ACC. When i try to activate cruise all i get is a couple of small dashes in the instrument cluster where it would normally show your set speed. At this time all i have to scan car with is a snapon scanner but its limited as to what i can access apparently. If anyone would have any ideas they would be greatly appreciated. I was leaning towards the radar module in the front bumper as it sounds like a more common failure point but would like to diagnose it to see if thats the problem before throwing parts blindly.
You're going to have to have it scanned with a real BMW scan tool that can access the ACC module. Please don't waste your money throwing parts at it without a proper diagnosis.

I use ISTA because it's dealer software. That's the only thing I have experience with.
