E92 Reverse PDC Intermitent, Window/Mirror Controls Reversed

Hey Guys,
So i have a E92 M3 and i completed the rod bearing job (Yay!) but i foolishly disconnected the battery when i didn't need to .

After everything was buttoned up, i have several issues:

• Side Mirror Controls are not correlating to the buttons (Pressing Left, makes the mirror move down)
• When placing the car in Reverse, the PDC Radar screen pops in and out and sometimes refuses to popup

I used INPA to check the codes and cleared them to see if anything pops up again but no error codes and it was not fixed. I have screenshots of the faults before i reset them

Not sure how to go about fixing this.
