Random and strange misfires

So, the last past months ive been struggling with my 323ci, i can start the car and drive around normaly, it doesnt matter how long or time related, it runs just fine, but if i shutdown the car, and try to start again, some times starts right away, and some it take some time, but always it seems to run on less than 6 cylinders, mine doesnt have obd2 and the 20pin under the hood doesnt work(i have power and everything but dont send information.(tried with INPA and all kinds of scanners, bmw or not it doesnt work)), so i cant say whats going on and what codes are showing. i can start the car 3 times before it stalling and just not start till a 2 to 3 hour cooldown, i read lot of forums and i didint find nothing like mine problem, and after the second start (where the car starts but with less cylinders) i can stop and start again, will start like that again(Some times worst) but is drivable (it doenst go above 3200 RPM) and after 20 to 50 min of driving like this it goes back to normal, when i start the car again it starts very bad (if it starts) and stall in like a minute or so, after it stalling it wont start again, it give that bump feeling like it would start but doesnt start (this is the time i have to wait 2 to 3 hours to start) i didnt have time to mess with it.
First thing im going do is swap coils around (on the second start) to see what happen, well, for the things i have read it could be a bad fuel pump/filter to bad valves, So if some one had something like this or is going throgh something like this, lets share.

I suspect it’s fuel related. The pump could be soft failing.
