Trailing Arm Bushing Removal

Has anybody found the proper tool for getting these out?

I've tried a variety of things including the 'Advance million piece loaner tool' and can't find anything that diameter.

Would rather not have to cut and otherwise maul the trailing arm to get them out and they are definitely in need of replacement.

The guy there said he could do it in an hour, no problem ($85/hr), but not today, has to be Monday. Then he went on to mention he wouldn't use a hydraulic press at all, but a c-clamp ball joint press, and that he would freeze the bushings first to shrink them. Really?
