Sway bars for early model cars.

Had a set of Greg K sway bars and tried to install the rear one today onto this 1991 subframe. Big fail, it does not fit.
I guess early sub frames are different.
So my question is what are the sway bar options for 1991 cars, if any?

Safe to say K Mac rear sway bar and an E32 front sway bar? Am I correct?

I looked at the available options for my '91, and ended up installing a front X-brace from a later car, along with a CSi front sway bar.
Waiting to be fitted is a later rear sub frame and diff cover/vertical mount, along with the CSi rear sway bar. This will be a project for later this year, when I will have the rear sub frame dropped to change out the majority of the bushings anyway.

I heard there is a modification that allows putting later sway bars to a early car. Any news on that?
