FS: 2007 BMW X3 6 Spd Manual Rare : Tons of Maintenance

It's time to let go of my Rare 2007 BMW X3 6spd Manual. I've had it for 2.5 year and loved every minute of it but I bought a truck for work and hauling stuff around the house and don't need the X3 anymore, sad to see it go though. These Manual X3's don't come up for sale very often and it took me almost 9 months to find one. Overall the car is in great shape and will put tons of smiles on the face of the next owner.

    Mechanical Condition: 9/10
This SUV has been very well maintained its whole life and I have records from my ownership and the previous owners, BMW Synthetic oil changes with filters every 5k miles. Recent maintenance includes Transmission, Front Diff, Rear Diff and Transfer Case Oil/Fluid changes. No issues with these items, I did it as preventative maintenance. Also, new rear brake rotors, pads, sensor and fluid. I have a binder full of records from my ownership and the previous owners as well as a excel file that I have added screen shots below.

    Interior Condition: 8/10
The SUV has both heated seats and heated steering wheel which is amazing in these cold months. The front seats are in awesome shape with a tad bit of bloster wear (pictured) on the drivers side, the passenger seat is perfect. The rear seats look like they have never been sat in. The backs of the front sets have some scuffs and marks but nothing horrible. The trunk is perfect and includes a sun shade and there are all weather mats front to rear. The large panoramic sunroom is awesome and works perfectly.

    Exterior Condition: 7.5/10
Overall the exterior of the car is is pretty good shape. The paint is still really shiny and shows really good, but a cut and buff would really bring it out. There is a small dent on the tailgate and some light swirls on the hood which are pictured. Other than those couple issues its in great shape.

    Modifications:
6 Speed ZHP Knob (Genuine BMW)

    Bumpping this up.

I have changed the wheels to X3 sport wheels, updated the mileage and lowered the price
