E-sys cannot connect via VIN

I'm pretty new to coding but I've been using E-sys successfully for a while. Then I took the car to the dealer where they replaced the I-drive and re-programmed whatever. Since then I have been unable to connect to the car. The "connection via VIN" option is grayed out and the message "No ZGW Available" is displayed.


Thanks for any help and I welcome suggestion about other software besides E-sys. I already have Bimmercode but I need to change the VO.

They probably updated the I-Level of the car which may require you to get updated psdzdata files for your esys...
