14 328i problem/need insight

Looking for some insight/help with a problem, i have a starting issue with my bimmer, upon starting(50%) of the time, the starter stutters like the battery is dead....restart, and its fine, at times, when started, the first touch of the pedal brings revs down and the car smells like its loading, other times, it starts and runs like a new car....there are no codes...have replaced camshaft sensor/battery/starter/earth cable....its getting expensive and am looking for any help. Its a 14' 328i, it has start/stop function as well. Any responses would be killer at this time. Thanks

So, after a day in the garage....took all 3 fuse boxes out, cleaned with electrical cleaner....each fuse either replaced or hit with wire brush. Thats it, so much corrosion on the one under the hood especially, car fires and runs no prob, no misfire, hope this helps anyone. Cleaned all positive and negatives as well, (battery and under hood)

Now replace any broken shrouds and clear any drains. The fuse box should also be sealed well with its cover.

Prevent another failure.
