Wtb: Clean e34

I'm looking to buy an E34.
I'd prefer a sedan, but am open to touring models as well.
Manual transmission (I'll entertain autos if they are a screaming good deal)
I'm not very picky on the engine. M60, M30 and M50 preferred.

I'm located in southern Ontario, but travel to Arizona quite frequently for work.
I'd be willing to travel for the right car. So show me what you've got; regardless of where you are.

if you're wanting a project I've got a '95 DINAN stage III, 400hp 540 that's been parked a few years. (Stage III means it was supercharged by DINAN, different cams, posi rear end, (I forget what the gear ratio is but DINAN changed it too), bigger brakes, bigger sway bars, etc.). 17" throwing star and 18" twin parallel wheels, 6 speed. definitely need shocks and a paint job, let me know what you think

^ you should take proper photos, unless this is one of those "honey, I put my car up for sale but no-one wanted it, so I will just have to keep it" kind of situations.
