    High pitch noise x3 e83 2ltr

    Can anyone help car started making a high pitch noise on and off from the front of the car.At the same time the central locking , front wipers and windows all stopped working I have a video of the noise but don't know how to upload

    Could be the secondary air pump valve...sound like a jet airplane about to take off?
