Was changing pumps and the hose cracked. Cut it, couldn’t get it back on the nipple/elbow to the pump. Warmed it up. No go. So disconnected the approximate 2 foot section and now need to find a replacement.
Anyone know off the top of their head what type or size I should go grab?
Curious why it’s a different material that goes to the rear hatch vs the hood.
Also, if I elect to just not bother with getting washer fluid to the rear window, what would be the best way to cap off the pump nipple?
Ended up just going to advance auto and getting their tube by the foot for a couple of bucks.
I got some tubing from McMaster, flexible, high T, chemical resistant, etc. ID fits OD of washer line. This helps to splice in a partial replacement for the fragile fluid line, securEd with high T cable ties. Working well after 5 months...
