Car shaking when in gear

Hi,i have a 2011 335i xdrive with manual transmission. When i drive it at approximately 80km/hour or more,my car starts to shake but when i put the gear to neutral,the shaking stops. What could be the problem?Please help

Motor mounts could be worn. It's more common on xdrive cars. Usually though, it will vibrate at idle while stopped.

Wondering if is drive shaft related? Maybe needs a rebalance, or bushings are shot?
