BMW E39 540i M Sport Pkg w/ DINAN Upgrades, LOW MILES, VERY CLEAN

For sale is my 2002 E39 BMW 540i M-Sport Package in Sterling Grey Metallic with dealer-installed DINAN performance upgrades earning it a 'DINAN 5' designation. The car was purchased with 81,136 miles in January 2018 as a then 1-owner car that spent it's entire life in Orange County, CA. It currently sits at approx. 99,300 miles. As a longtime BMW enthusiast who have only owned coupes/convertibles, my intent was to make this my forever Bimmer highway family sedan cruiser, especially given the E39 generation is a fan favorite and quickly becoming a future classic. That said, shortly after taking ownership, I undertook a project to fully restore/refurbish/enhance the car mechanically and cosmetically (exterior & interior) to bring it to like new OEM+ condition; after a year and approx. $13k (8k parts + 5k labor) spent, the car was complete. I have a binder of all receipts documenting parts purchased and repairs performed under my ownership. Recent AutoCheck vehicle history report showing no accidents can be supplied. Car comes with 2 sets of master keys and all original books/manuals. Smog was completed late November 2019. DMV registration paid through early December 2020. Cosmetic Condition: For an 18 year old car, I would rate the exterior and interior a 9/10. There very few/minor rock chips on the front hood and some hardly visible blemishes along the side exterior. There are NO dents/dings or any major scrapes/scratches/cracks in the paint work. The exterior glossy Shadowline trim pieces are not faded and no rubber door/window seals are cracked. Headlight has been restored & protected with clear vinyl film. The interior leather front & rear is super clean with no tears in any leather upholstered areas. The upper black dash area and upper door panel areas are not faded and free of damage. There are ZERO dead pixels (common issue) in the instrument cluster or in the HVAC display screen. Sunroof/moonroof operates flawlessly and so does all the windows.

DINAN UPGRADES: Installed at Long Beach BMW early in the ownership of 1st owner. High Flow Air Meter, High Flow Throttle Body, High Flow Intake Manifold, High Flow Cold Air Intake, DINAN Engine Tune Software v5.06, Aluminum Strut Bar, DINAN floor mats. The car also came with a DINAN muffler that was removed to accommodate the OEM M-Technik rear bumper diffuser. DINAN rates the car at 320hp/340tq.
