A little trouble shooting for fun?

So about a month ago I reviewed Timm's diagnostics page, https://www.meeknet.co.uk/e38/Diagnostics.htm

With that in mind I took a closer look and how the old girl was running. The #2cyl was doggy as Timm would say but otherwise the engine runs fine. Yesterday I took another look and the results have not changed(the car is setting codes for lambada limits). The additives and multiples are positive so the DME is trying to add fuel. There is some extra air getting in somewhere? As for #2cyl I believe I replaced that coil and did not use OEM so I will be looking into that. The PVC has been replaced twice but at this point it may have 20-30k on it. For full disclosure I have a 4" MAF DUDMD tune.

I have a M60 intake that needs to go on so I may just replace all of the intake gaskets again and install the intake. It maybe that with the mods and tune that it may never come around because of all of the extra air getting into the engine. A fuel pressure check may be in order as well? I have replaced the fuel filter/regulator but that was 45k ago. Still love driving this car and even more when I don't have a bunch of people in the way.

These are always fun! And applicable regardless of engine.
I would expect the trims to go negative if the coil was bad or starting to fail. The unburnt fuel would be present and drive the lambdas/integrators down. (Just as Timm says)
While there could be a vacuum leak, as we are discussing cylinder 2, I would expect a greater roughness on 1 or 3 or along that bank but could be.
I suspect the injector on 2 is partially clogged or bad signal. That could lead to a rough cylinder with positive trims but a localized/cylinder specific event.
Glad to be corrected if my assumptions are wrong...

I was fiddling around with the Dinan CAI when I had the bumper off, I think I found a loose hose clamp. Codes reset and waiting?
