Budget Info for 535i Manual Swap

Has anyone on here recently done a manual transmission swap on a late model 535i and if so what kind of a budget is necessary to do a decent job? The only part I have currently is the manual pedal box. It seems like the hardest part is finding the manual transmission itself as they seem to be getting rare. Has anyone tried fabricating a manual transmission support/cross piece? I've done a manual swap on an E36, but I've never owned an E28. Thanks

When I part a manual 535i I sell the swap from 750-100 depending on miles. If it has a 265 getrag I sell just the tranny for 750-1000. All plus shipping. But at this time I have none of it.
