    Safety system Fault

    Frustrating!

cars been sitting for a while no faults started over and over, Battery died, which unfortunately it has done once or twice, brings on a couple of air bag lights which up to now i've managed to clear no problem with INPA. last time It went flat i left it on a trickle charger, but didnt have time to clear the errors. Ive finally booked it in for an MOT as i have some cash to get it on the road, so ive been out to clear the codes ready for fridays test.

The Air bag errors all cleared, but i thought id take the key out and restart the car, the moment i put the key in the airbag light came back ( this is with a fully charged battery) cleared it several times but it comes right back the moment you put the key in the ignition before even starting the car.

anyway inpa reports the error as follows

    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    Satellite front door right E65

    Error Memory

    08.01.2020
    STVR
    OKAY
    STVR

    1 error in memory!

    --------------------------------------------------------

can anyone shed any light on what it might be?

    - - - Updated - - -

    google translate says

    -------

    sending error symptom
    not yet fulfilled
    currently available and already saved
would not cause a warning lamp to light up
    -------

which is quite unhelpful. when i clear this error in INPA the Safety warning goes away, then comes back when you remove and re insert the key so it is throwing a light despite what it says?

I assume the front right door, is the UK drivers side?

worth adding that the battery was new in the summer, but no idea if it was coded to the car as it didnt belong to me then

so further information, i went in to the main security information module, here you could find the same code as on the door which i also cleared, i hunted around and found the Pre-Drive check that could be initiated, initiating the check brings the code back right away, although it doesnt appear to fail the check.

i compared the status of the left and right door modules, there were two differences, on the left door module all the status checks were black including "system has been switched to sleep mode before" and "Clamp 15 on Readiness flag!"
right door didnt have these two flags checked, but those were the only differences.

so, any suggestions, googles coming up with nada

    google does say this,
96DF STVR: Control-module fault stvr Door satellite, front right
    .?
so im guessing im going to need to replace this module maybe, not sure if ill need to code it to the car or if i can just swap them?

Hi Steve , I have a similar issue on the z4 SBSL , 9897 EAM parameter inconsistent , I had a seat occupancy sensor error before this , tried to code out the sensor in NCS expert but then got this EAM parameter incorrect but the seat pad error gone , i then found that there was a communication error between SBSL and the seat occupancy sensor module , I cleaned the contacts and that error has gone. I am just left with EAM parameter incorrect. Did you manage to solve it ? Thanks
