not sure what "got juice" means (maybe you mean that some lights work) ....but based on the "one-click" response I would suggest that your battery is dead or at such a low charge that the starter will not engage ... and yes the battery can die very quickly if it is weak

the remedy here is get it to a mechanic by tow truck ... likely needs a new battery, but get the charging system checked as well

... forty-three years of driving before I get behind the wheel of a BMW .... and I am thinking, "why did it take me so long?"
... and then after another 4 years I can't believe that I have two of them !!

Might be corrosion on battery terminals. They could let lights work but not the starter. The starter relay may be not working, or could be the starter has failed. Is this an automatic trans car? if so cannot push to start. might try putting the jumper cables on the battery terminals under the hood instead of on the battery. Check battery voltage without the jumper cables connected. if below 12.0 it may be failed. Jumper cables connected should bring it up to at least 12.6.

You probably have this issue sorted out by now...hope so...if not I would direct you to check out the ground straps under the car especially if you and the car reside in a cold harsh climate.
